Child Safety Standards (CSAE)
Game Medya is a gaming LFG and messaging app for finding teammates. This page describes our standards and practices to prevent child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and other child safety harms, in line with applicable laws and Google Play requirements.
1. Age and audience
- The app is intended for users aged 13+.
- Sign-up requires confirmation that the user is over 13.
- We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.
- If we learn that an underage account exists, we will remove or restrict it and delete related personal data where required by law.
2. Prohibited content and conduct
Users must not create, share, request, or distribute:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any sexual content involving minors
- Grooming, sexual solicitation of minors, or exploitation
- Harassment, threats, or other illegal content
Violations may result in content removal, account suspension or termination, and reports to competent authorities when required.
3. Detection, review, and enforcement
- Users can report and block other users from chat, search, and profile screens.
- Basic automated filters block obvious prohibited phrases before send.
- We review user reports of abusive or illegal content and accounts.
- We may remove content, ban users, and preserve evidence as needed for law-enforcement requests.
4. In-app reporting
Report child safety and abuse concerns from the app (chat ⋮ menu, search result actions, or blocked-users screen) or by email. Include user name, conversation ID if available, a description, and screenshots when safe.
